Blacklee Square holiday accommodation for the disabled is tucked away in the spectacular Rule Water Valley and is surrounded by hills, forests, woods and rivers in every direction. You only have to look out of the window to enjoy the magnificent Scotland scenery and quiet surroundings. It is an ideal point from which to enjoy any activity and Niall will be very happy to advise on any aspect if requested. Originally tradesmen's workshops for the local estate, Blacklee Square self catering accommodation is situated just over a mile from the small village of Bonchester Bridge and comprises four stone built cottages in traditional courtyard setting. The area is very peaceful and the unspoilt countryside is outstandingly beautiful at all times of the year. Occasionally a car passes by, but usually sheep, cows and birds are all taht can be heard. |

The two cottages are side-by-side and we are increasingly finding that family groups of up to 12 are booking both cottages together for important occassions such as birthdays, Christmas and of course New Year.
The local village pub welcomes children and serves 'real ale', bar snacks and evening meals.
"Thanks for the lovely welcome. This week has been magic. Enjoyed everything about the cottage."
